Hazard Reporting

We are exposed to different types of hazards on a daily basis in our working environment. These are often not recorded properly for further improvement. Therefore, HSE Team has created the SOS / eSOS form to allow all CEVA employees to report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and near misses in a prompt manner so that they can be addressed and shared within the clusters.

Stop and rectify any unsafe act or condition immediately if possiblel And ensure your line Supervisors / Managers are informed before submitting the SOS.
